With nearly 7 years of experience in healthcare, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, and a deep passion for the art of aesthetics, Leah Tran founded SKINFLUENCE to bring a unique fusion of Eastern rituals and Western skincare science to the Bay Area.
Leah brings a unique blend of holistic care, deep patient connection, and a profound understanding of the mind-body connection to every treatment. She has gained background and experience in advanced skin health, aesthetics practices rooted in both Eastern and Western aesthetics. These diverse cultural influences have shaped her unique aesthetic philosophy rooted in balance and natural enhancement.
Throughout her journey, aesthetics has always been a part of her purpose, where healing meets self-confidence and true transformation begins.
As an RN and an aesthetic provider, she’s honed her expertise with advanced training in aesthetics, making SKINFLUENCE not just a medspa, but a holistic sanctuary where beauty is approached with medical precision and artistic finesse.
Jamie Chang, MD
CO-FOUNDER
Supervising Medical Director – Aesthetics, Wellness, and Integrative Health
Dr. Jamie Chang is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with a strong background in clinical leadership and medical oversight. He currently serves as a supervising Medical Director for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and registered nurses across a wide range of specialties, including aesthetics, weight loss, wellness, and men’s health.
He has been the supervising Medical Director for aesthetics and wellness practices for the past two years, ranging from large organizations like Ideal Image to single-location aesthetics practices in California. His clinical supervision spans a variety of advanced procedures, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, and microneedling. He also provides medical oversight for integrative services such as medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
Dr. Chang is committed to safe, evidence-based care and supports his teams in delivering personalized treatments that enhance client confidence and well-being.
